About Leaping for Joy
Our Mission
Leaping for Joy offers a dance program where we desire to share our passion of dance with children. We uphold Christian values that provides a safe, encouraging, and caring learning environment for all children.
We offer a variety of dance classes including ballet, jazz, lyrical, tap, and cheer, where we will dance to different genres of music during classes and in performances.
At Leaping for Joy, we believe that dance is a beautiful expression of art and is truly a joyful gift from the Lord.
Our hope is to cultivate an experience and atmosphere that ignites joy through dance. We want to teach all ages the joy of dance, foster self-expression, discipline, and community in a supportive and creative environment.
Psalm 149:3-4 Let them praise His name with dancing and make music to Him with tambourine and lyre. For the Lord takes pleasure in His people; He adorns the humble with salvation.
Summer Dance Camp (7/28-7/29)
SUMMER DANCE CAMP
When: July 28-29th 9:30AM-12:00PM
Where: White Settlement Rec Center
Cost: $75 total
(Ages 4-17)

Come join us for a fun filled summer dance camp where fundamentals and technique will be introduced, along with a variety of styles of dance. We will dance, play games, and students will have a chance to perform a short routine and show the skills they have learned at the end of day 2!
Please send students in athletic wear (shorts, shirts, tank tops, leotards, etc). No jeans or skirts/dresses without shorts underneath. Hair should be pulled up out of face (ponytail, bun, braids, etc.) If you have dance shoes, feel free to wear them! If not- tennis shoes, socks, and bare feet are acceptable for dance camp.
