Misty Hatcher

Misty began dancing at age 9 at a studio where she took ballet, jazz, tap, and lyrical. Misty danced in several competitions, located in San Antonio and Las Vegas. She continued dancing and joined the drill team as a freshman, then went on to cheer through her senior year at Brewer High School. Misty cheered at Weatherford College and The University of Texas at Arlington before graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology at the University of Texas at Dallas.

Misty  has several years of experience teaching children, including homeschooling her daughters for the past six years, three years of speech therapy at Key Elementary School, home health, volunteering at a non-profit organization where she taught dance for 3+years, and coaching cheerleading through a youth sports league.

After having two daughters who also love to dance, Misty was inspired to start teaching and sharing her love and passion of dance with them and other children. She has truly been encouraged on this journey by the love and support of her family.

"Dancing has always been a part of my life. Dance is a fine art that I believe is truly beautiful, expressive, and a joyful gift from the Lord. My dream is to share that love, joy, and passion of dance with my students, encourage them, and watch them grow in their dance journey."

Romans 11:36 For from Him and through Him and to Him are all things. To Him be Glory forever.

Shelbie Fowler

Shelbie began dancing at age 3 and fell in love with all forms of dance! She grew up competing in all styles and began assisting instructors in classes at a young age. In high school, she was on the competitive dance team and held officer positions there. All forms of dance hold a special place in her heart but jazz and tap have always been her favorites.

At the University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University, Shelbie discovered a love for teaching children and earned her master's degree in Child Development & Family Studies. This education combined with her love of dance, has enhanced her understanding of working with children of all levels and capabilities.

After marrying her college sweet heart and having two children of her own, she taught classes as an instructor at a local studio for several years and created and ran dance programs for local non-profits.

Shelbie adores children and loves sharing the joy of dance with anyone who wants to learn! Watching children light up as they hit a new skill or find their rhythm is an amazing thing to experience.

"Teaching children to dance for the joy of it, is truly a blessing from God."

Romans 8:28 And we know, that in all things, God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose.
